Harish has over 20 years of extensive experience in Entrepreneurship, Business Analysis, Product Management, Business Excellence, and Sustainability, having worked with both large multinational corporations and start-ups. His career has included key leadership roles at Tata Motors, Tata Capital, and GE Energy Services, where he contributed to Product Management, Large Scale Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence & Analytics, and Sustainability initiatives. As a founding employee of Tata Capital, Harish has received numerous accolades, including recognition from the Tata Group chairman.

Currently, Harish serves as the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Ciphense, a cutting-edge deep tech start-up based in Bengaluru. The company leverages the power of digital technology, data, and artificial intelligence to transform businesses. With over 14 years of experience in designing, building, and launching successful products, Harish has become a valuable mentor to various start-ups in the areas of business strategy, fundraising strategy, product strategy, and product management. Moreover, he has provided training to more than 4,000 individuals in product management, digital transformation, business excellence, and sustainability.

Harish holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Rourkela and is currently pursuing an MTech in Data Science and AI from BITS Pilani. He has earned a variety of professional certifications, such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, CSM, CSPO, Six-Sigma Black Belt, Oracle CRM Core Consultant, IICA certified CSR professional, and GRI Reporting Professional. Additionally, he has completed coursework in Business Strategy from the University of Munich and Sustainability from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
