Kamal Kanta Sahoo presently working as a HEAD, Odisha Chapter at FIEO (Set up by Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India)
He had gone for deputation for two years to OSIC (A Govt. of Odisha Undertaking) Cuttack to filled GI for Odisha Rasagola at Chennai on 2018 along with Sri.Ratnakar Rout, IAS.MD,OSIC. One Year at CTTC, (Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India).

He had requested for “ODISHA RAPTANI BHAWAN” at Bhubaneswar to provide single window facilities to the exporters of Odisha under one roof before Shri. B. K. Patnaik, IAS, Ex. Chief Secy. of Odisha.

In his special effort Bhubaneswar is declared as a Town of Excellency for Sea Food Industry as per Foreign Trade Policy,MOC,GOI.

He has Introduced Certifiacte Programme in Import & Export Management at Utkal University in 2004 & Logistic Supply Chain Mgt. / Port & Ship Mgt., / Materials Mgt. & Store & Warehousing Mgt. at IEDO.

He sent many Odisha exporters to Various Countries Kunming, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Honkong, Dubai, South Korea, Australia etc.
He is visiting as a Guest Faculty to MSME-DI, EPCH, Coir Board, IIP, IEDO, EDI, NABARD, SBI, DIC at Cuttack, Bhubaneswar etc.
